JAMF was not originally designed to be published. This version is an early version that started to include the VIBRANT toolkit in a single file. The code here has not been tested for functionality but is just retained for the sake of archival purposes.
To invoke VIBRANT compilation, you must have the VIBRANT toolkit from the NCBI compiled and available in the link path. Defining JAMGUI will invoke the compilation to generate VIBRANT code.
